it's very easy...
*BEFORE REMOVE EXCHANE YOU SHOULD REMOVE CONFERENCE SERVER
1. first open active directory Users and computers.
2. right click on your domain name at the left panel.
3. select find.
4. select the exchange tab.
5. select the check boxes "show only exchange recipients" and
   "Users with exchange mailbox".
6. click find now.
7. Select all => right click => Exchange tasks => Delete Mailbox.
8. Now do the same search with the "contacts".
9. Remove all but "systems Mailbox".
NOW YOU CAN SUCCESSFULY REMOVE MICROSOFT EXCHANE!
