Hi all,

Ch02 has not yet been posted to the site (we are still doing some work on
it), just chapters 1, 3 and 4. Tom is really looking forward to hearing your
comments on the technical content of these three chapters. This really is an
opportunity to shape the book to be the way YOU want it - so please don't be
shy in letting Tom know what you think of his efforts. We'll seriously
consider all your comments and criticisms along with suggestions for
additional content, specific code examples, and so on.
