Hi All,

I am trying to backup the Oracle Database using Arcserve. It is giving me 
an ACCESS Denied message. Do I need to Stop the Services before I can back 
it up? If so how can I stop services at a certain time and start it again 
after the backup is done? We have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server as an OS. 
Please let me know how to go about this so I can backup the database every 
night.
