Have only had a chance to look through the book spec.

Title seems fine. Like approach of doing the job right first time. Also 
like approach of going through features and discussing when and when not
to use them. Maybe it's buried in the detail, but I'd like to see "sizing" 
discussed from the server down to individual objects.
