The Flash 5 Bible (by Reinhardt & Lentz) is a good place 2 start, good
basics and lots of Xamples.
After that, focussing on Action-script books and finallay something like
Flash 5 Magic (from NewRiders, by S. Hamlin & D. J. Emberton)

...anduh,...is greet fun. From start to end (which hasn't been found yet!!)
