I am new to ASP, so please excuse a naive question. I understand how to 
set my website pages as an application on my development server on my own 
pc (in order to use a global.asa file and Sesions etc). But how do I do 
this when the pages are finally uploaded to a remote hosting server? Do I 
just ask the administrators to do it, or is there something that I have to 
do?
