I'm not entirely sure what you mean.  I'm guessing that you want to be able
to scroll all the frames in a frameset as if they were a single frame.
Which leads to the question, why not just use a single frame?  However, I
have a feeling you meant something completely different.  If so, please can
you give a few more details, and I'll try and give you an answer, hopefully
a little quicker next time!
