Hi,

   On Netscape, whenever windows resize, the layer position "CHANGE" 
incorrectly. How to fix it ?

   Both Netscape and IE allow users to change the font size. On IE, the 
changes on text size from "smallest" to "largest" does change the table 
size and the layer vertical position a lot. Can I just disable the text 
size changes or Can I fix it ?

   On Netscape, the problem is even worse. Besides changing the font size 
in Preference, users can change the font size by pressing Ctrl + [ or Ctrl 
+ ]. All the table positioning and layer positioning seriously go wrong 
when I press those buttons. Again, Can I diable it or fix it ?
