I could be wrong, but as far as I know and have seen thus far: No, you're 
stuck with the ugly grey button.
A normal submit button can be replaced with an image, but this isn't 
possible with the FILE type box.

Maybe IE does have something for this through one of their proprietary 
tags, but I doubt it.
