I know sometimes Netscape has trouble with radio buttons and such, but one
way to fix this might be to set the radio buttons and text box into a layer
of it's own. Using Dreamweaver or some such utility it is easy to automate
a layer switch. You can make one layer visible and make the other
invisible. This may or may not work with Netscape though.
