You mean you want to have it prefilled?? Sorry, can't do.
I guess this is a security issue: otherwise I would pre-fill it with 
c:\windows\user.dat or any other interesting file, use JavaScript to 
auto-submit the form to me and I could read from your hard disk whatever I 
want.
The user HAS to select the file himself so he knows what he is doing.
