Well, naturally, I HAVE seen both the screen shots and the actual problem
in person - I went to the PCs to see for myself.
The area I'm referring to is between where the page ends and the IE
StatusBar begins. When I display the page, it extends all the way down to
the StatusBar. When they display the page, it stops about 1/4-inch from
the StatusBar. Any thoughts?

Define bottom of screen.
Is it the bottom of the physical monitor. Bottom of the Browser window?
I suggest getting screen shots from your testers.
