You cannot restrict them from viewing your HTML code but they will never see
you php/asp code. It never gets sent to them. As you play with it you will
see what I mean :)

I really appreciate you response and have picked up a book on PHP and it is
so close to c/c++, asp, perl and is right my alley. One question I have is
it possible to hide the code when a user clicks on view source?
I really want to restrict people from extracting my code and getting free
services when they need professional consulting advice. As I get more into
coding web enabled applications I enjoy the freedom of PHP's potential if it
can do it all. I have only read the declarations , installation and browsed
thru some of the book and got database ideas for purchasing online and the
challenge will be using a payment application.
As I said before I welcome all suggestions, this is where we all learn from
each other. I like exchanging ideas thru forums and open conversation.
Cordially,
Fredrick J. Krantz
