sorry I don't know the details but I know netscape 4.7 is particularly buggy. For example the location of pic. you try to put is
slightly different than IE and NS4.7  If you need to ensure they are located on the same place, you need to use a browser
sensing and DOM model to determine the version of your netscape is, and then adjust code accordingly.
One  resouse I think of is looking at the book DHTML and CSS by Jason Cranford  . There is a good coverage there
