IMHO e-mail should _always_ be plain text unless there are _really_ good
reasons why you need to use the formatting or functions offered by html!

I was just wondering, which (if any) e-mail programs cannot display HTML
e-mails?

Would the best approach, when dealing with e-mails, be to offer the user a
choice between plain text and HTML e-mails?
