I have a page with multiple Frames. Two of them may be resized to reveal 
more or less of a <Textarea> in one Frame. At the moment, I have to set 
the Textarea to the largest anticipated size (the users want to be able to 
see as much of their paragraph(s) as possible).

Is there any way to build the Textarea so that it enlarges/compresses as 
the Frame is resized?
