The top and bottom of the page have tables with a background that 
contains some of our products. My boss would like to link the product 
pictures in the background to the information for those products.

I know your going to tell me to place the background as a img in the td 
instead of as a background. But he wants another picture that's bigger 
then the current one. As a background smaller screen sizes nicely cut off 
the background, whereas img tags result in scroll bars and the user has 
to scroll the window back and forth.
