hi,

i want to create a web site for my company ..

there are lot of files stored on the server (word ,pdf ,etc..) which has 
lot of information.

i want to put these files on the web site so that any employee logs on he 
will be able to see the file which he wants..

also want to put restrictions on some files so that only selected users 
can see those files.

and he should be able to logon from any where (inside office LAN...as wel 
as out side)...

can anybody help me please????
