Hello, NT Server is very different that Workstation version, the first is 
a server operative system while Workstation is a little more advanced that 
a W98 or W95, i thin kif you want to develop E-Commerce application you 
need a server OP, NT Server 4.0 or W2000 Server, I think must be your 
election
