I'm having problems using PWS with NT4 workstation. Basically, PWS works
fine if I'm logged in as administrator, but if I logon a myself, then I
can't make my site available at all. From the "Main" panel of PWS, it says
"Web publishing is on. Your home page is not available because Default
Document is off". The Start/Stop button is always Stop. From the "Advanced"
panel, I can never set the Default Document. Does anyone know why everything
works well as Administrator, but not as an ordinary user?
