I instead of looking IIS_Appliocation I think you
should concentrate your time to looking information about system
administration.
I guess you can start with any book that explains how to work with Windows
2000 Server.
Any basic book will help since you'll get a picture about what it involves
to
maintain the website.
I started from trying it out and did a lot of test by my own and didn't buy
any book.
I did buy a book for Exchange server cause I couldn't figure out how it
works by myself in the beginning.
