Have you been using the new IIS Lockdown tool??? I have a feeling that 
this may be the cause of our problem! May be I am just clutching at straws!

I have just noticed that my inetpub folder has renamed a few of the 
folders that reside within it. I was a little worried and did a virus
scan 
which came out negative. The following amendments were made:

AdminSsripts
ewwwroot
iissammles
mailroot.od (added)

I have also recently applied a few new security patches from Microsoft, 
but do not think that they would affect IIS in this manner. Do you know 
what is going on and what I should do to resolve it???
