Hi there,
In any system which is running on Windows2000 professional IIS 5.0 would 
be installed. In order to find it to be running you have to follow these 
steps - 
Method 1:

1) Open control panel, go to Administrative Tools.
2) Now double click on Internet Services Manager.
3) Then click on then default web site, then you find that it will be 
running.

Method 2:

1) Open control panel, go to Administrative Tools.
2) Now double click on Services.
3) Go to the last option - World Wide Web Service to find it to be started.
