All machines here use IE 6.0.2600.000000 brazilian portuguese version.

Maybe it´s something about the server... we tested the same application in
an intranet development server with Win2k SP3 (in which the problem
occured), and in another server on the internet win win2k SP2 (which. I'm
trying to figure out some mistake in the IIS configuration, but both servers
seem to have the same configuration.

We're still looking. Any news, please bring them up!

We did test again today and confirmed that only the browser with IE
6.0.2600.000015 has the problem occurs every single time.They claim that it
happens  with other IE version too, but very rare.I did not see it yet. Can
you check you IE version? My coworker said the IE sp is for the security
patch.

We have only one pc has IE6+ with IE sp2. But the guy is out of town until
Monday. We tested with IE5+ up to IE6(no sp applied) against the w2k with
iis6 server, and found no problem the guy reported. So we have to wait till
Monday.

Everyone uses IE6 here... :o[ Is this "sp2" for IE? or is it for Windows?

We tested Internet Explorer 6.0 with Win98SE, win2kPro and server (SP2 and
SP3), and winxpPro, and the problem keeps occurring...

We're gonna try it with Mozilla and Netscape - have you tested them?

We did some testing on varies environment. It seems work ok except one
client with IE6.0+ IE sp2. What is the browser version you used?

Thanks for bring this up. We have similar environment with same login/log
off check on session end. We did notice that sometimes the Session_OnEnd
does not work on some Servers. Now I know it is because w2k with IIS5. I'll
take a look then. I also like to know the follow-ups for this problem.

Hi folks,

I have an ASP Application which uses an application array to track users
when they log in and log out of the site. When the user logs out, the
application removes the user from the application array; but  when the user
closes the browser window Sub Session_OnEnd should do it. The problem is
that Session_OnEnd is not running!

This application runs fine with NT4Server and IIS4, but this problem occurs
with Win2kServer/IIS5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
