Interdev is inconsistent in this respect. Some releases recognise
"Localhost", others need the actual machine name of your local computer.
This is also an inherent feature of different installations Internet
Explorer on diffferent machines, where you're trying to get it to parse
ASP pages... so it may not be a fault within DEVENV itself, but simply
something it inherits from deeper within the OS.
