You should check your IIS.

There is probably nothing wrong with visualstudio.

First of all you need to have the computer configured as a webbserver. (of
course :-) )

Second, IS your IIS running??
Check the sevices in the controlpanel or under the IIS administrator.

Second, try to call the server from your browser for example.

It's probably down right now but I can't ping it from the command prompt.
