   I think that you check with IIS server (web service)...Is it working ?

  I encountered a very basic but serious problem, when I tried to create 
a
new project, the system prompted me to select which web server I would
like to work at. First of all, the drop down list box is empty, when I
entered the server name (example: mon) or ip address (example: 180.1.2.3)
,
error message display: Unable to detect server http://mon or for later
case, unable to detect server http://180.1.2.3 (same problem is I enter
localhost).

  Can anyone help me please, what can I set to let the project (or
interdev detect the server name or address). For information, IIS is
started.
