Hi,
I'm sorry but I don't know any good book or other resource.
Simply create a new project (web project for ASP) and specify the name or IP
of the server you would like to connect to, or write 'localhost' if you are
using your workstation as the web server.
In the third stage choose 'New project' and click finish.
