Microsoft press has a book named "Web Applications with Microsoft Visual
Interdev 6.0" that I have read. The book is designed especially for the
exam. It is a good book to read but not a good reference book. I have not
taken the exam so I am not sure how well the book prepares you for the exam
but I would imagine it is right on target being that it is straight from the
horse's mouth.
