Try to reinstall de FrontPage Server Extensions. Also, check de RAD for
interdev.
This is an option that you have to select when you install IIS web 
server.

I think it is a FrontPage Server Extensions issue.

Check the web permission. You can see it under the option "Web Project" 
in
the "Project"
menu of interdev. Also check de NTFS permission on your file.

The server is mine.  I am an Administrator.

Webserver authentication is set to NT security.
