HELP -- I'm lost.

I'm trying to upload a file to a server via FTP.  When I run my code via Local mode in
Visual InterDev, the file is successfully loaded.  If I switch to Master mode and run the
code, the file is not FTP'd and thus not uploaded.  The FTP upload code resides in a dll
which has been registered on the server.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to why this would happen?  Any help,
whatsover, would be very much appreciated.
