   I had that error in the beginning and I wish I could remember what
exactly I did to resolve it. Are you using OLE DB ?? What port is your web
project sitting on ?? Check you network client settings. If you can create
another project with no problem then it has to be something like corruption
for that particular folder/project. I have had to re-load the client portion
on the workstation and the re-load the server for InterDev, twice this year.
What does your event log say on the server ??
Are you using ADO ?? I know that is a real general error and the MS
knowledege base does list it.I want say say that it has to do with named
pipes and ole db. I will try to remember what I did about it. But my gut
tells me that it had to do with the selection I maded for newtwork client
utilities.
