...."Beginning Web Development with Visual Interdev 6"

Problem  :  I initially successfully created a site Diagram as in part
1. However when I get to part 4, i.e right clicking the mouse in order
to add HTML pages, and try right clicking nothing happens. Hence I
can't
get the diagram, which shows the Home page and the added HTML pages as
shown on page 74.

Can anybody help me out with this one by telling me how I can link
pages
via site diagrams?

I'm using the following: - 

Windows 2000 server ed; Visual Interdev 6; SQL Server 2000; Microsoft
Office 2000.
