Have you checked your network cabling ??
If you have mixed 568A and 568B wiring, you will have problems.
Do not mix them, use either all 568A cables for every machine or 568B cables
for every machine.
Is your hub okay ??
 Are you sure your network card is functioning properly in the workstation
as well as the server ??
