Hey There...

   I, too, am pretty new at this.  I'm working off of a Windows NT 
machine, and all the servers seem to be working fine...I came to the end 
of Chapter 3 and tried to take a look at what I'd done and I got a message 
that said, "cannot set up the virtual root .../myproject_local..."  I got 
on the MS page to try and determine what was wrong and have looked through 
all the messages, but can't seem to find anything.  Any help would be 
muchly appreciated.
