Hi.
 Same kind of problem driven me crazy and Isolved it. 
1st go to your add remove programs click on windows component from where 
you
add IIS and other net working components check the list at the end wether 
the windows script debugger is if not check it to on and in the VI6.0 
option properties debugger settings check the Runing on this machine mode
click ok and test it hope it start's working.
