Hi.
You should test if your IIS Server Is Up and Running.
You have not specified what Code your WroxCommerceTest.asp contains.
Check the Settings in IIS for Default Web Site for Home Directory Tab.

I created WroxCommerceTest.asp as per page no. 57 of "Biginning
E-Commerce". When I click the option "View in Browser" I get an error
message as following.
"HTTP 404. File not found."
