I have been using "copy web application" to move changes from my 
development
environment to my staging server.  I like this process, but have 
converted
to a content tool that writes content out to the staging server.  This
causes issues when I copy the site from development.   Does anyone know 
if
there is a way to copy or deploy a website using Interdev that excludes
files or directories so I wouldn't accidentally overwrite any of the 
content
on the staging server?
