Hi, Sai...

To get to the Script Outline tab, click on the View menu item on the menu 
bar.  Look down until you find the Toolbox choice (preceded by an icon with a 
crossed wrench and hammer) and click on it.  Alternately, you may press the 
hotkey combination Cntl+Alt+X.  This will open a toolbox on the left side of 
your screen.  The Script Outline tab is on that toolbox.
