This refers to Page 95, Chapter 4, titled "To remove a layout
from one page". When I select "OK" as in Step #4, I get the
following error message:

  "The file contains isufficient HTML tags or incomplete layout
   information. Themes and layouts can not be applied."

Can someone help me here please?
