kim. I will say now, unless you have downloaded the code recently (last week
or two) you will need an extra download before trying out the EJB material

A special thank to Wrox and Chanoch Wiggers for putting up the remainder
of the codes of "factory". It saved me a lot of  useless pain. In fact, I
was in the process of recreating that missing piece of codes; however, one
subtle typo crept in and it was impossible for me to debug. Then, I
thought about checking the errata again... thanks my lucky star!
