yes your users will also need to download the plugin, normally people excuse
that as a first time installation of your software (like the flash plugin
etc). The plugin converter also available above can be used to automatically
install the plug in if someone without the plugin surfs to your web site.

Dear Friends,
      I have designed an swing applet for my chat server programming. I 
used the appletviewer as an applet initiator while designing but now i 
want to get it through Internet Explorer and it doesn't support that. I 
have heared that the Internet Explorer needs some plug-ins in order to 
support swings..if so, can u anybody tell me where/how to get that 
plug-in and how to use it to supports my needs.
    After installing that plug-in to my IE, may i know that wheather my 
chat server need all the users to be installed that plug-in or not.?
