Hi Jeff,
Downloaded a trial version, and this seems to do the trick.
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
There are a few products that act as Java/COM bridges. One that I've used
is JIntegra. Given a COM server, it generates Java classes that provide
access (via DCOM) to all the server's functionality.
I know that there are also other products available.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [j2ee] Java and COM
Hi,
I am an old MS COM programmer new to the Java world, and happy to be here
;-)
My question is this: we need to create a Java application that accesses a
number of middle tier COM components. What is the least painful way of doing
this? (Hoping that there is a direct way to instantiate and use COM
components from Java..)
thanks,
John
