Can't remember how I did it now, but under the Tools menu select Enterprise
Setup... option, I think you actually have to configure both the CORBA tab
as well as the Application Server tab.  Sounds like you have the Enterprise
version of this software, so by default the VisiBroker Smart Agent is
shipped with it.
