I suspect this has something to do with the way the server was set up,

Okay.... The IT guys set up a server so that we could all work on the
site together. (The site grew and will be used now for the whole place)
Anyway, I copied over my files and the left nav applet is working fine.
Problem is when I go to interier pages and click the link back to the
home page, I get the home page with a big gray box (the size of the
applet) and in it it states "Incorrect Base URL Registration". What does
that mean? Any ideas? 
 
I just don't get it cause it looks great on the home page, why would I
get something wierd like that when I link back to it.
