Have you checked the format of the directories and executables in the set
env
and j2ee.bat files?
I ask because while I only have J2SE with JBOSS and Tomcat on a Win98 mac
hine,
I found out that some programs were fussy about the way you spelled out t
he
file names and directories on non-Win2000/XP systems.
You may want to examine the j2ee.bat file, find all file names and direct
ories
and re-write them to fit the MS-DOS 8.3 filename format. You may need to
open
up a DOS window to see what your filenames and directories look like unde
r
this format. The "My Documents" directory would be listed as "MYDOCU~1"
if
you executed the DIR command. Don't forget to make a backup copy of the
setenv and j2ee.bat files!
