In chapter 3 it is explained that you can open a new window and set the
properties ot that new window.  For example, a new window with or without
Toolbars, Scrolbars, ...
Now my question is, is it also possible to change the properties of the
window where the html page is loaded in?  This means, I have my browser
open and I go to http//www.toto.html.  In this html page the properties
for the current browser window is set to no scrollbars and no toolbar. 
The view of my browser is changed to the properties I set without opening
a new window.  Is this possible?
