  My NT Server 4.0 SP6 was working perfectly fine until I decided to use

  Now my Javascript module sees date as if it's US standard
  but my Windows setting is British/English.

  When the Month("1/11/00") is requested it is returns "January".
  Where is it set to retrieve US ?!!! The date format is British as one 
can see!
