case is ignored in URLs.

What is the simplest way to do page redirection.  For example I want
www.mydomain/mypage, www.mydomain/MYPAGE, www.mydomain/MyPage etc. to
all
point to the same page.  I'd like to cover as many potential typos as
possible.
