Actually, I do have form tags.  I have alot more code on the page, but for
brevities sake, I did not show it.  Thanks though.

Anyway, I think I have an idea as to why the function is not called by
Netscape.  In Netscape, the onClick event is only supported by links and
button
elements.  As I am trying to use an image, the code is not called.
